We have been in business since 2012 as Steady PM and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 7 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends. Steve has been a Real Estate agent since 1992. He started his Real estate career in land before specializing in Residential. Steve is an active member in NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and served as Pierce County Chapter President in 2017 and again in 2018, as well as being an Ambassador for the Northwest Region. He received his RMP NARPM Designation in 2017.
Steve is also a full time Lieutenant at Eastside Fire and has been doing this for over 20 years. He is passionate about helping others and is always looking out for people's best interests.
Steve enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with his wife, 2 children, family and friends.
Steve is a licensed Designated Broker.
Jodi has owned her own investment properties for over 20 years. Her and her husband, decided it was time to start Steady Property Management once their children were both in school.
Jodi is a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers, and is serving her second year as President of the WA State chapter for 2024. She served as President for the Pierce County Chapter in 2020-2022. She enjoys helping owners manage and maintain their investments. Her goal is to provide such excellent customer service that clients will refer her to their family and friends.
In her spare time she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, close family and friends. Jodi is always looking for ways to learn and improve the Property Management industry and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Juanita began her Real Estate career in 2008 as an office assistant at a well-established property management/real estate firm and quickly moved into a property management position. While there she assisted the company in opening 3 new branch locations. Juanita provides excellent client service which is attributed to her years of experience in marketing and client relations. Today, as dedicated broker specializing in the South King County and Pierce County market, Juanita has found a niche that was created just for her. As a full-time broker Juanita's approach to property management and real estate is focused on understanding the client's desire and finding the perfect option to fit their Real Estate need. Her determined work ethic and outstanding management skills have aided in her success at managing several single family and multi-family properties.
